This was another fun and exciting event for the IFT! The Longhorn Section of IFT has a well organized group, and the turn-out for this event was terrific.
Ingredients Inc was a happy exhibitor at this event, and loved meeting so many of the great people who were in attendance. There is so much to learn by networking with our fellow food industry professionals.

The Embassy Suites Dallas-Frisco is a fantastic venue, in a modern area of suburban Dallas. Easy to find, and to navigate around, the Hotel and Convention Center are surrounded by terrific restaurants and tons of shopping.
The Longhorn IFT had predicted some 1600 attendees, and it seems like they were right on target. It was a busy show with lots of life.
